Moors facing Blyth opener

SOLIHULL Moors were beaten 1-0 at home by Blue Square South side Hayes & Yeading in their final pre-season game. The Greater London side came out on top as Junior English headed a Danny Page-Allen cross into his own net. The tricky midfielder was a constant threat, however, a dominant display by Lee Collins ensured that Moors stayed tight at the back. Darren Middleton missed a golden opportunity in a game where chances were few and far between. On Saturday the eagerly-anticipated Blue Square North campaign kicks off as Moors make the long distance journey to Blyth Spartans. ..SUPL:
