With Hustler Hollywood just over the way and a glittering new Levi's store joining the hit list, High Street is fast evolving into Brum's Americana Quarter. Describing itself as a ‘destination for denim with attitude and style’, Levi’s has moved from Corporation Street to a spot next to Pavilion Central and takes design inspiration from flagship stores in London and Paris. The ground floor showcases men’s products and features the new-store obligatory chill out area. Solid oak stools with burnt on prints drive home the Levi’s branding. A mezzanine floor provides the perfect area for girls to shop ’til they drop with boudoir style changing rooms and boutique lighting encouraging a relaxed atmosphere. The look and feel of the Birmingham store signposts the way for the development of future launches around the country.
