Fashion designers have always found inspiration in the movies.

Blow Up

Mirroring the changes in society, cinema captured the zeitgeist and became the biggest influence on high fashion, haute couture and eventually, the humble high street.

TCM's (Turner Classic Movies) Style in Motion season coincides with this month's London Fashion Week.

Rebel Without A Cause

The week-long season celebrates fashion in films and runs from Monday 20th to Friday 26th September from 9pm every evening on TCM.

Top fashion designers such as Bella Freud, Oswald Boetang and Isaac Mizrahi will be casting their eyes over seminal movie style moments.

Highlights include the movies Bonnie and Clyde, Blow Up, Rebel Without A Cause and Goodfellas.

:: We've teamed up with TCM to offer you the chance to win a pair of tickets to London Fashion Weekend.

This event is the only chance the public have of visiting the London Fashion Week venue and has become the place to find cut-price designer clothes and accessories.

More than 100 London Fashion Week designers will be selling their collections at reduced prices including Philip Treacy, Orla Kiely, Temperley, Ronit Zilkha, Betty Jackson, Lulu Guinness, Juicy Couture, Jas MB, Future Classics, Maria Grachvogel, Billy Bag and Boyd to name a few.

To complete the experience, fashion-lovers can get up to date with the latest designs by watching footage of the catwalk shows, treat themselves to a makeover by Elizabeth Arden or a manicure in the Crabtree & Evelyn Hand Recovery Nail Bar and watch live fashion shows in eve Magazine Theatre.

See the must-have hair looks for the coming season at Toni&Guy Live - a preview of the hottest new hair trends and visit the Waterman stand for the shopoholics dream prize of a weekend shopping trip to Paris.

Then at the end of the day visitors can chill out in the Evening Standard This is London Lounge.

Open for just four days, London Fashion Weekend takes place in the official London Fashion Week venue at the Duke of York's Square, King's Road, Chelsea from 23 - 26 September 2004.

Sunday 26th September: 10am - 5pm
